What does FraudSentry do?

FraudSentry helps people check suspicious messages/calls and take safer next steps. It does not guarantee detection, prevention, or recovery.

Is this legal or financial advice?

No. FraudSentry is decision support only. It is not legal advice, financial advice, or an emergency service.

How do web and app free checks differ?

Free includes 5 connected checks per month. Android is available now and may unlock extra free checks with rewarded ads after the base allowance, subject to current product rules. iOS is on the roadmap, not live.

Is there an iOS app?

Not yet. Android is available now. iOS is planned, and you can also use the web check experience where supported.

What are the plan limits?

Free: 5 connected checks/month, no included AI quota, no saved report retention. Pro: 75 checks/month, 7-day retention, and 10 enhanced AI summaries/month. Max: 250 checks/month (fair use), 30-day retention, 20 enhanced AI summaries/month, and 20 guided verification plans/month.

How does AI reporting work?

Optional AI reports are user-triggered. FraudSentry shows the deterministic report first, then you can request an enhanced AI summary or guided verification when your plan or paid credits allow it and after you accept the AI disclosure.

How do paid AI add-ons work?

When configured, paid AI add-ons can extend AI use beyond included quotas. Web uses Stripe checkout. Android uses Google Play / RevenueCat.

Does AI replace the FraudSentry report?

No. The deterministic FraudSentry report remains primary. Optional AI content is supplemental decision-support only.

Does Pro include Safe Call Shield, Trusted Circle, Vulnerable Mode, or Recovery Pack?

Availability depends on how each feature is currently configured. Trusted Circle sharing is manual only where available, and mobile-specific protections depend on Android support, permissions, and setup.

Why might caller prompts not appear?

Safe Call Shield is Max-only and Android-dependent. It needs permissions and FraudSentry must be selected as the active Caller ID & spam app. It also depends on device/platform support.

Does Trusted Circle auto-send to family?

No. Trusted Circle is manual only. It sends only when you choose to send a review request to a saved trusted contact. No auto-send and no background monitoring.

What does 'where supported' mean?

Some features depend on your phone model, Android version, app permissions, and system-level capability.

How long are reports saved?

Free: no saved report retention. Pro: up to 7 days. Max: up to 30 days.

How do I cancel?

Web subscriptions and web AI add-ons are managed through Stripe. Android memberships and Android AI purchases use Google Play / RevenueCat. Cancel in the same purchase channel you used to buy.
